提高玻纤/碳纤润湿性能的加工助剂
BYK-P 9920 是一款兼具消泡和浸润效果的综合型助剂,在少量添加下,一方面能降低环氧树脂和聚氨酯的粘度;另一方面能有效降低体系的表面张力,加快树脂在纤维表面的铺展,即:降低接触角,从而进一步提升树脂对纤维的浸润,消除因润湿不良而造成的制品干纱,气孔等缺陷。

BYK-P 9920 在解决大丝束碳纤维拉挤大梁纤维浸润问题上同样具有显著的效果。由于24K,48K,50K等大丝束碳纤维集束性很强,纤维直径比玻纤小,在满足合理的生产节奏下,很难在短时间内实现较好的丝束间,特别是丝束内的纤维浸润。添加 BYK-P 9920 后,能够非常明显地解决大丝束碳纤维的浸润问题,提高成品率,降低综合成本,是碳纤维拉挤企业的首选助剂产品。

降低自由基固化体系放热峰的加工助剂
不饱和聚酯和乙烯基酯树脂的自由基聚合通常是一种明显的放热反应,释放的能量会产生极高的温度,温度过高会导致聚合物翘曲、脆化、开裂甚至热分解,因此,我们开发了一款加工助剂,在不降低其他性能的情况下降低放热峰。
由于温度过高而开裂
1)在乙烯基树脂体系的效果
添加1% BYK-P 9929 ,放热峰从176°C降低到133°C。固化时间的延迟可以通过补加0.2%的钴促进剂消除影响,而且不会使放热峰升高。
2)在邻苯不饱和聚酯中的效果
BYK-P 9929 可降低钴促进树脂体系使用不同过氧化物固化剂的放热峰。
3)在胺促进BPO固化体系的效果
BYK-P 9929 降低了胺促进体系原子灰树脂的放热峰。
除了可以降低系统的放热峰外,BYK-P 9929 还有众多优异性能,包括对力学性能影响很小,对产品固化没有影响,液体易于混合,在树脂中贮存稳定等。
